The AOPA's Air Safety Institute released its 2010 version of the Nall Report which summarizes aviation accidents that occurred during the previous year. While there is good news about general aviation operations in 2010, the report notes areas of concern for GA as well. The Nall Report is dedicated to the memory of Joseph T. Nall, an NTSB Board member who died as a passenger in an airplane accident in Caracas, Venezuela, in 1989.
