I am a Gold Seal Certificated Flight Instructor (CFI) – Airplane, Advanced Ground Instructor, Instrument Ground Instructor, and FAA Team Safety (FAAST) Representative. I hold an FAA Commercial pilot certification (SEL/MEL/SES) + Instrument rating as well as a SUAS Pilot Certificate. I work as both a contract CFI at Snohomish Flying Service in Snohomish, Washington and as an independent CFI for outside customers where contract stipulations allow.
Prior to coming to Snohomish Flying Service (SFS), I had been flying recreationally for 30+ years. Over that period, I obtained various certificates and ratings, but over time, realized that I wanted to combine my love of flying with my passion for education/training and pass on the gift of flight to others.
