Nicholas R. Wilcox is a certificated Commercial pilot, Flight Instructor (subpart H), and aircraft Repairman, and is a representative on the Federal Aviation Administration Safety Team. He has over two decades of experience as a pilot and in professional skydiving operations. Mr. Wilcox is also a licensed educator, with years of teaching experience at the college and university levels. He holds a Master of Science and is a Doctor of Philosophy candidate. Mr. Wilcox also serves as a substitute teacher in north San Luis Obispo county, and is a volunteer search and rescue pilot for the SLO Sheriff’s Office. He maintains active membership in the Society for Aviation and Flight Educators and the National Association of Flight Instructors. Mr. Wilcox is an honorably retired police officer from Silicon Valley.
